I’m an Austin Mom, runner, and casual foodie
I started blogging in 2012 as a way to hold myself accountable in my new fitness journey, but along the way it’s evolved into so much more.
It has become a place where I share many aspects of my journey. I share my successes and failures at all things- motherhood, fitness, cooking and life.
Like many women, I wear many hats, face many struggles and constantly battle feelings of “good enough.”
It is my sincere hope that by sharing these things (the good, the bad and the really UGLY) I can encourage and support women in achieving their goals no matter what stage of life they’re in or what adversities they may be facing!
