The Weekly Chase March 27, 2017

HELLO OUT THERE!!!
Anybody still here?
I know, it’s been a while and I really have meant to get back here, but I just haven’t, shame shame shame! I’m working on it in the background, I swear πŸ˜‰
So last week I set some pretty low level goals to try to get back into the swing of things:
Workout 30 min every day
Me time 15 min every day
Flylady Zones to keep up with the house. 🏑
No crap food 🍲
Water 🌊 90 oz
I got in my workouts Monday-Wednesday
Did NOT dedicate time to myself at all. With the exception of going to bed super early a few nights.
Zones were hit and miss. Need to do better, but I am happy the house was company ready for the most part!
Nailed it nutritionally Monday-Thursday (didn’t track Friday-Sunday)
Water intake was on track! Some days a little better, some days a bit short, but overall consistent.
In an effort to build habits and consistency I am going to keep with the same goals for this week.
Workout 30 min every day-FOLLOW the PLAN. 5 weeks until Bonefrog
Me time 15 min every day- Read, blog, knit, ANYTHING that brings me joy
Flylady Zones to keep up with the house. 🏑 Living room
No crap food 🍲 track on MFP
Water 🌊 90 oz
Time to get back on the horse so to speak, many weaknesses revealed, let’s turn them into strengths.
