Good morning and happy Monday!
We are now headed into the second week of 2017! I hope you’re still slaying goals and shattering your limitations (Thank you LoneStar Spartans!)
Going into this week I have already logged 40 miles and a few strength training sessions. My main focus is mileage until after the Houston Marathon on Sunday the 15th then my goal is to keep steady mileage and work on gaining strength. I have a terrific plan from my good friend Chris Wheeler of OCR Addict that is sure to get me in top shape for all of the upcoming obstacle races this year!
I have been tracking 95% of my meals and guzzling nearly a gallon of water a day!
My current stats:
Weight 178.6 lbs
Body Fat 22.7%
Waist 33.5 in
Hips 44 in
Thighs 25 in
I didn’t officially set any weekly goals last week so let’s just jump into this week!
Goal #1 – Drink 1 gallon of water per day
Goal #2 – RUN 37 miles or 6.1+ per day
Goal #3 – Continue tracking and eating well
Goal #4 – Complete Week #1 of #DeathbyWheeler
