Ming Tsai started his career under the instruction of pastry chef Pierre Herme before training with Sushi Master Kobayashi in Osaka, Japan. Boston Magazine wasted no time awarding Chef Tsai “Best New Restaraunt” when he opened Blue Ginger. The James Beard Foundation named him “2002 Best Chef Northeast.” With these impressive accolades and his innovative flair , how could you NOT want to serve his creations at your next holiday gathering?
