Where I’m going and How I’m Getting There? NerdFitness Challenge Time!

Every journey starts with choice. You have to make the decision that you are no longer content where you are. SO cliche right!!! But it’s so true. So you’re ready to get a move on….What now? You need a plan.

It’s all about leveling up, EVERY.DAMN.DAY.

Here’s the deal, I’ve done a lot of these challenges and truthfully the last few have been pitiful!

I’m tired of starting at the beginning so it looks like there better be NO QUITTING this time!!!

For this challenge I am leaning heavily on one of my last challenges.

Main Quest:

  • Habit Building/ Get my Sexy Back
    • Get up no later than 4:45am
    • Run 3-4 times a week – Training for 2nd Houston Marathon – January 2015
      • Cross train on non run days
    • Hydrate and minimize crap food intake- that means an overabundance of food porn and just make sure that you don’t confuse it with this type of porn https://www.tubev.sex/?hl=hi. You’re welcome.

Life Quest:

  • Habit Forming/ Routine
    • Control the Chaos – Get a handle on my House
      • Base housework schedule on the Flylady system-adjust to fit my family’s needs
    • Be Mindful and Patient with the kids
      • Minimize electronic distractions during family time
    • Take time daily or at least weekly to renew my spirit – aka- Me time.

So that’s the plan. Now, how do I make sure I’m successful?

  • Habit Building/Get my Sexy Back
    • Layout workout clothes the night before
    • Move alarm clock across the room
    • Know what workout/ run distance the night before
    • Have water and caffiene/Preworkout bedside
    • Carry water cup EVERYWHERE
    • Practice mindful eating
    • Drink water first when a craving for junk happens
  • Habit Forming/Routine
    • Review Flylady site and set up calendar to schedule tasks
    • Respect the learning styles and personalities of each of my children.
    • Give them my undivided attention as often as possible
    • ‘Dock’ electronics during homework – unless required to complete assignment
    • No TV during dinner. TALK TO EACH OTHER
    • Me time – knit or read or something I enjoy

Pretty straightforward I think. Starting stats are:

Weight: 193.2

Neck: 14.25

Chest: 38″ overboob, 35.5′ underboob/ribs

Biceps: 12.5″ R, 13″ L

Waist: 37.5″ bellybutton

Hips: 43.5″

Thighs: 26 L & R

Calf: 16.25″ L & R

Goal is to update a minimum of once per week.
